Kindness can make or break a vacation

I just received this link from Richard Innes, of Brain Trust Marketing and Communications. It’s an article titled:

Wreck Cove store owners’ kindness in credit card snafu touches tourists

Virginia couple grateful to Cape Bretoner for going the extra mile.

In a nutshell, a couple vacationing on beautiful Cape Breton realized that they left their credit card behind somewhere in their travels when they arrived at Wreck Cove General Store (where Obama was invited to visit). They tracked down the couple, who were two-hours down the road on their vacation and drove it to them so they could enjoy their vacation. Now that’s good Canada, Cape Breton hospitality!
