OUR TEAM AND COLLABORATING PARTNERS

We are agile and adaptive, and respond quickly to an ever-shifting tourism environment drawing on a national network of trusted collaborating partners and industry topic specialists.

A BROAD WORLD VIEW

While Canada is home and our primary market our projects have taken us abroad to support tourism training and destination development in Jamaica, Scotland, Northern Ireland, the USA, and South Korea.

As Canada’s leading company in designing and delivering experiential tourism training our award-winning, innovative approach has shaped many of the longest-standing training programs in Canada and engaged thousands of tourism professionals in short-programs of two or three days to full-year training. Current and past programs include: GMIST's Leadership and Innovation for the Future of Tourism (LIFT), Adapt, Implement, Monitor (AIM) Edge of the Wedge, Travel Alberta’s SHiFT: Transforming products to experiences, Tourism Saskatchewan’s AWEsome Actions, British Columbia’s Remarkable Experiences, and Tourism New Brunwick’s Inspire program.

PASSION LED US HERE

Established in 2010, we continue to evolve with the needs of the tourism industry and love co-creating training with our clients and partners.

Our company mantra says it all:

“Do what you do best, partner for the rest.”

We’ve established a thriving network of collaborating partners with ‘mud on their boots’ within industry who have the ability to inspire and share information from their experience, which brings credibility to the training.
