Contracted Services: Instructional design, development and delivery, create and manage a custom e-learning portal, tourism business coaching, participant communications and tracking, facilitate online and in-person training

Contract Period: 2022 to present

Program Synopsis:

A dynamic and innovative experiential travel development program for tourism operators results in a new or enhanced tourism experience in market within 12 to 18 months. Collaborating with small, high performing peer group and using a ‘think tank’ approach with expert facilitators to move from a product concept to piloting their experience. This 10-month program begins online, followed by an intensive, in-person 4-day community training element and concludes online, with small group and individual business coaching.

Location: Online and Rocky Harbour, Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada
