COMMUNITY DELIVERY PARTNERS: STAFF CAPACITY BUILDING

Project Synopsis:

Using a blended training approach that combined a series of e-courses and facilitated group coaching sessions, the Tourism Café coached the Tourism Nunatsiavut staff to build their individual knowledge and skills on designing memorable experiences, sustainability, policies, packaging, costing and pricing. The coaching sessions focused on how to transfer the knowledge gained by the staff into supporting their local communities, businesses, and tourism operators to increase their individual and collective opportunities to grow tourism aligned with Nunatsiavut’s tourism strategy.
