Jolene Lammers
Training and Project Support Coordinator

Jolene loves slow travel by car, taking in the beauty of ever-changing landscapes and finding inspiration in her favorite places—the Yukon, British Columbia, and Alberta. Her passion for tourism led her to shift careers in 2017, where she’s been dedicated to helping tourism businesses thrive ever since.

Jolene joined The Tourism Café in April 2023, bringing valuable experience from her time at the Cariboo Chilcotin Coast Tourism Association, where she supported destination development, brand and experience growth, stakeholder relations, and small business resiliency programs during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Now, as the primary lead for our Learning Management System (LMS), Jolene ensures a seamless experience for learners while supporting a wide range of initiatives, including stakeholder communications, asset inventories, data entry, and project coordination. Her tech-savvy mindset, patience, and love for helping others make her a natural fit for her role.

olene holds an Associate Certificate in Applied Computer Applications with Distinction from BCIT and continues to expand her skills with courses in web development, accounting, payroll, and photography.
