  • Gros Morne Institute for Sustainable Tourism, NL. (2005-present). Edge of the Wedge Experiential Travel Training. Canada’s premier experiential travel training program. We will deliver our 43rd course in October 2019. Collaborating Partner: Earth Rhythms.

 

  • Tourism Excellence North. (2015-present). Experiential Travel Training for Operators. This two-day workshop immerses participants in the "what" and the "how" of experiential travel. 
     

  • Ignite: Community-based Experiential Tourism Retreats. (2015-present). The Tourism Cafe and Northern Edge Algonquin's own 4-day immersive rural training for tourism operators and destination developers interested in learning how to seed tourism product development with economic growth.

  • Tourism PEI. (2017). Spark! This one-day introductory workshop was developed and delivered six times and included post-course coaching.

  • Travel Manitoba. (2011- 2012). Experiential Travel Capacity Building. Supporting Travel Manitoba’s strategic decision to invest in experiential travel. This 9-month project included an orientation session with the CEO and all key staff, a 3-day field-trip with their Visitor Experiences Team, and two customized industry training courses.   • Alberta Parks, Tourism & Recreation. (2010). Co-designed and delivered Unraveling Mysteries & Stories of Alberta Parks. A customized product development workshop that included coaching staff and experience providers, developing vignettes, creating new training materials, and costing and pricing strategies relevant to Alberta Parks and community partners. Collaborating Partner: Earth Rhythms.
     

  • Tourism New Brunswick. (2009). Designed the experiential travel market readiness criteria following a keynote address and workshop for their new brand launch.
