Describe your connection to tourism
Aivar is based in Soomaa National Park in Estonia. Since 1996 he is running a small business, (www.soomaa.com) organizing local experiences and selling those both at domestic and global marketplace.

He is one of the pioneers of ecotourism in Estonia, and member of national ecotourism association. Involved in couple of European projects for ecotourism development, networking and training.

Last years he spends part of his time at Estonian University of Life Sciences, lecturing nature tourism and doing a PhD.
