When The Tourism Cafe develops a training program, we:

Work with partners to ensure the people who develop and deliver our workshops have the background and expertise to meet your needs, budget, and most importantly the learning outcomes for your participants.
Travel to your community and work with your team in designing and delivering innovative, interactive and engaging programs. Involve local area businesses and nurture their development as part of the program development process is a cornerstone of what we do.
Pride ourselves on facilitating learning that draws out the knowledge and skills of participants, so that they benefit from the collective wisdom of the group as well as the instructors.
Can provide turn-key solutions or involve people on your team and lead a co-development process that builds your business's capacity as well!
Offer purely face-to-face workshops, or a blended learning option that incorporates some online possibilities before and after a program.

For short programs The Tourism Cafe often proposes one facilitator/instructor. For multi-day workshops, to optimize the interactivity, engagement, and ability to connect 1:1 with participants, we always recommend a two or three member training team.
