1. Shared Investing in Tourism Training and Development

Professional development, training and education is an investment in people, your business and your tourism destination. Yet the reality of the tourism industry is that the majority of businesses are SME's - small and medium enterprises - with less than 100 people and many with a strong seasonal need for extra staff.

Investing financially in the development and delivery of training programs, curriculum, content, case studies, tools and/or resources with The Tourism Cafe represents the ability for for creating training environments and resource materials that are current and relevant to businesses in your community, region or company.

We work with you to understand your needs, learning requirements, interest in developing the talents of others, then get to work creating, innovating, designing and delivering that are of value to you. We always acknowledge those who invest in content development by placing their logo on materials and crediting their contribution in our training manuals. When elements from one course investment bridge into another course, the credit and recognition travels along, thus extending the marketing reach of your contribution beyond a 'single investment'.

Our rationale here is that we want to promote the federal, provincial, and municipal governments,  crown corporations, economic development associations, business associations, and destination marketing organizations that are investing in product and market development in tourism. 2. Investing Time In Sharing Their Business Story, Practice, Knowledge

One of the best ways for tourism businesses to learn is from other businesses in the industry - people in the trenches working every day to innovate, create, grow and competitively position their business.

Sharing your time to tell your story creates an opportunity for you to contribute to case studies, videos, and learning resources. It's a chance to give back, to help others learn from your success.
